The client required all non-structural components to be removed while retaining the building’s structural steel columns, roof structure, external walls, and concrete slab for future redevelopment.
Heavy Demolition Waste:
The project generated a significant volume of timber framing, plasterboard, ceiling materials, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and office fit-out waste that needed to be sorted and removed efficiently.
Strict Safety Requirements:
Working within an industrial environment required strict adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and comprehensive site management throughout the demolition process.
